that the report of the Committee on Privileges be accepted (1) After the discussion on the report of the Privileges Committee in accordance with Rule 177 is over or after the report of the Privileges Committee is re-presented in the meeting in accordance with Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 178, any member may submit a motion that the recommendation mentioned in the report be accepted. (2) Motion as per Sub-Rule (1) After submission, if a member wishes to submit an amendment to the report, the chairman may submit the amendment as deemed appropriate. (3) After a brief discussion on the proposal submitted under sub-rule (1) or the amendment submitted under sub-rule (2), the chairman shall make a decision on the amendment and decide on the question of violation of privilege. It will be presented for decision at the meeting.
